ABOUT NSPECTRITE LLC
A History You Can Trust. George L. O'Neil founded Nspectrite LLC based upon the
firm belief that the home buying decision requires quality home inspection advice
that can save you time, money, and stress. Purchasing a home is frequently the
biggest investment decision in a person's life.
George wants to be your Home Inspector. He has 12 years experience in the Real Estate industry starting out in sales in 1994.
George is a certified inspector member of the California Real Estate Inspection
Association and is one of the only home inspectors in the area that has passed
the rigorous board examination of the National Examination Board of Professional
Home Inspectors. He adheres to the CREIA Standards of Practice and Code of
Ethics -- vital protections to our clients. George performs a detailed examination
of home systems, structures, and components -- then provides a same day report
including digital photos of significant problem areas.
Ongoing training and educational seminars are vital to our business so that
we maintain the highest standards of expertise in the industry. In addition,
Nspectrite LLC carries errors and omissions insurance
